Following on from the Club’s recent donation of a bridge to the Waimate Trail - Te Ara Waimatemate, members worked hard to plant natives at each approach, improving the aesthetics, make the space resilient to weather events, and once again, supporting a major community project.
 
 
 
 
 
Certainly meeting our two of Rotary's 7 areas of focus:
- Economic & Community Development
- Protecting the Environment
 
In years to come, the Rotary Reach will be become a marker for what is possible when a community gets together to Unite For Good!
